شروط الاستخدام: أسئلة ثقافية

هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبين طه الرويلي («نحن»)، مطوّر تطبيق «أسئلة ثقافية» («التطبيق») على Google Play. وهي تشمل التطبيق وميزاته على الإنترنت وكل ما يُشترى فيه.

١قبول الشروط

بتثبيت التطبيق أو استعماله توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية (البند ١٦). فإن لم توافق عليها فلا تستعمل التطبيق.

٢التطبيق

«أسئلة ثقافية» لعبة معلومات عامة بالعربية: أسئلة مع شروحها، وأنماط لعب، و«حضارتي»، وبطاقات الشخصيات، ورحلات، وأدوات للتعلّم.
تنزيله ولعبه مجانيان، وفيه إعلانات (البند ١١).
الأسئلة محفوظة على هاتفك، فيعمل أكثر التطبيق بلا إنترنت.
الميزات على الإنترنت تحتاج اتصالًا وحسابًا في ألعاب Google Play، وهي:
- المبارزة المصنّفة، و«كأس الدول»، والمواسم، والدوري الأسبوعي، ولوحة الأصدقاء؛
- الحفظ السحابي، والإنجازات، ولوحات الصدارة.
الإصدار الرابع تطبيق جديد حلّ محلّ الإصدار السابق على Google Play، ولا ينتقل إليه التقدّم في الإصدار السابق. أما شراء «بلا إعلانات» في الإصدار السابق فيبقى مع حساب Google الذي اشتُري به.

٣الحساب وتسجيل الدخول

تستطيع اللعب بلا حساب. والميزات على الإنترنت تستعمل حسابك في ألعاب Google Play، وإن كان في هاتفك حساب فيها أدخلتك إلى اللعبة تلقائيًا. ولا نرى كلمة مرور Google أبدًا.
يرى اللاعبون الآخرون في لوحاتنا وفي المبارزات الاسم الذي تختاره في التطبيق (واسمك الظاهر في ألعاب Play إلى أن تختار اسمًا)، وعلم بلدك (ما لم تُخفه)، وشعارك أو وجه البطاقة الذي تختاره صورةً لك، ومستواك، ومركزك، ونقاطك.
حافظ على أمان حساب Google الخاص بك، فأنت مسؤول عمّا يجري من خلاله.
تستطيع حذف حسابك على خادم لعبتنا متى شئت: الإعدادات ← «حذف حسابي». وتشرح سياسة الخصوصية ما يُحذف وما يبقى.

٤العناصر والعملات الافتراضية

في التطبيق عناصر افتراضية: العملات، والخبرة، ونقاط الموسم، والأدوات، ورزم البطاقات، والبطاقات والحبر، وقطع «الخزانة»، والحكمة وما في مخازن المخيم في «حضارتي».
تكسبها باللعب، ومن المهام والإنجازات، وبالهدايا، ومكافأةً على بلاغ عن خطأ حقيقي وجديد («أبلغ عن خطأ»)، وبعضها حين تختار مشاهدة إعلان بمكافأة.
العناصر الافتراضية ترخيص باستعمالها داخل التطبيق، لا ملكٌ لك، ولا قيمة نقدية لها. فلا تُستبدل بمال ولا بسلع حقيقية، ولا تُباع، ولا تُبادل، ولا تُنقل إلى حساب آخر، ولا تُهدى إليه، داخل التطبيق ولا خارجه.
لا نبيع عملات ولا أدوات ولا شيئًا يمنح أفضلية في المبارزة أو لوحات المتصدرين.
أكثر التقدّم محفوظ على هاتفك. فإن أزلت التطبيق، أو مسحت بياناته، أو استعملت «مسح التقدّم» في الإعدادات، وليس لك حفظ سحابي، ضاع تقدّمك وعناصرك، ولا نستطيع إعادتها.
قد نصحّح رصيدًا جاء من خطأ أو علّة في التطبيق، أو من مخالفة هذه الشروط.

٥الشراء بالمال

يتم الشراء عبر Google Play ووفق شروطه. ويعرض Google Play السعر بعملتك مع الضرائب كما يطبّقها، ولا تصلنا بيانات الدفع أبدًا.
ما يُشترى اليوم:
- «بلا إعلانات»: يزيل الإعلانات بين الجولات، وتبقى الإعلانات التي تختار مشاهدتها مقابل مكافأة متاحة لك. ويفتح لك أيضًا «صانع الاختبارات» في «أسئلتي»: تكتب اختباراتك بنفسك وتلعبها على هاتفك.
- «الداعم الذهبي» (ويُعرض على من يملك «بلا إعلانات» ترقيةً بسعر أقل). ومزاياه، كما تعرضها صفحته في «متجر الداعمين»، هي:
  - بلا إعلانات بين الجولات، وتبقى الإعلانات التي تختار مشاهدتها مقابل مكافأة متاحة لك؛
  - طقم الداعم: إطار للشعار وشارتان وطابع لموقعك وظهر للبطاقات (ويظهر طابع الموقع في نافذة «موقعك» في «خزانة المظهر»)؛
  - «راجع أخطاءك» بلا حدّ يومي؛
  - «صانع الاختبارات»: اكتب أسئلتك والعبها على هاتفك.
- في بعض الأحداث الموسمية، «تذكرة الموسم»: درب جوائز فاخر في الحدث، من قطع الزينة.
هذه مشتريات تُدفع مرة واحدة، وليست اشتراكات. وهي مرتبطة بحساب Google الذي اشتراها. وعلى هاتف آخر بحساب Google نفسه اضغط «استعادة المشتريات» (في الإعدادات، أو في «متجر الداعمين»)، والتطبيق يسأل Google Play عنها أيضًا عند كل تشغيل.
يصلك الشراء حين يؤكّده Google Play. والدفعة التي ما زالت قيد الانتظار تُفعَّل حين تكتمل.

٦استرداد المال

يخضع استرداد مشتريات Google Play لسياسات الاسترداد في Google Play، وتطلبه من سجلّ طلباتك في Google Play أو من صفحات مساعدته.
طريقتنا: العناصر الرقمية تصلك فورًا، فلا يُستردّ ثمنها عادةً بعد وصولها، إلا حيث يمنحك القانون أو سياسات Google Play حقًّا في الاسترداد، ولا شيء في هذه الشروط يحدّ من تلك الحقوق.
إن حدث خلل فراسلنا على tahaalrowaily@gmail.com برقم الطلب من Google Play (يبدأ بـ«GPA.»). يشمل ذلك شراءً لم يصل، أو مبلغًا خُصم مرتين، أو شراءً لا يُستعاد. وسنساعدك، ونردّ المال عبر Google Play حين يكون ذلك هو الحل المنصف.
إذا استُردّ ثمن شراء أو أُلغي الدفع، زال ما فتحه الشراء.

٧رزم البطاقات

رزم بطاقات الشخصيات عشوائية: في كل رزمة خمس بطاقات تُسحب بحسب ندرتها.
تُشترى الرزم بالعملات التي تكسبها في التطبيق فقط، ولا تُشترى بالمال أبدًا، أو تأتيك هدية (مع الإنجازات، والمستويات الجديدة، وسبعة أيام متتالية في «سلسلة الأيام»، والطقم المكتمل، ونهاية الموسم، مثلًا).
احتمالات كل رزمة معروضة في متجر الرزم تحت «الاحتمالات» قبل أن تفتحها، ومعها ضماناتها: في كل رزمة بطاقة من درجة معيّنة أو أعلى، وتأتي بطاقة «ملحمي» وبطاقة «أسطوري» مرة على الأقل في عدد محدّد من الرزم.
قد نغيّر الرزم وأثمانها بالعملات واحتمالاتها، والاحتمالات المعروضة في التطبيق هي المعمول بها دائمًا.

٨اللعب النظيف والسلوك على الإنترنت

توافق على ألّا تفعل ما يلي:

أن تتّخذ اسمًا مسيئًا، أو فيه كراهية، أو إيحاء جنسي، أو تهديد، أو تضليل، أو تنتحل فيه شخصية غيرك أو شخصيتنا. والتطبيق يرشّح الأسماء، وتستطيع الإبلاغ عن اسم بـ«أبلغ عن هذا الاسم».
أن تغشّ:
- تستعمل نسخة معدّلة أو غير رسمية من التطبيق، أو برامج آلية أو نصوصًا برمجية أو أي أتمتة؛
- تقرأ الإجابات من ملفات التطبيق أو ذاكرته؛
- تستغلّ أخطاء التطبيق؛
- تغيّر ساعة الجهاز أو بياناته لتنال مكافآت؛
- تتّفق مع لاعبين آخرين على النتائج، أو تستعمل عدة حسابات لترفع رتبة أو نقاط بلد.
أن تضايق اللاعبين الآخرين، أو تسيء استعمال أزرار الإبلاغ.
أن تعبث بخوادمنا: تُثقلها، أو تفحصها، أو تصل إليها بغير التطبيق.

وإن رأينا لسبب معقول أن حسابًا أو جهازًا يخالف هذه القواعد، فلنا أن نفعل ما يلي، دون تعويض عن العناصر الافتراضية:

نخفي الاسم أو نستبدله؛
نحذف النتائج أو التصنيف أو نقاط الكأس أو نقاط الموسم، أو نُعيدها إلى الصفر؛
نُلغي المباريات؛
نُخرج الحساب من اللوحات؛
نقيّد وصوله إلى الميزات على الإنترنت، أو نوقفه، أو ننهيه.

ويفحص خادمنا النتائج تلقائيًا، ويستعمل فحص السلامة من Google Play حيث نفعّله.

٩محتوانا وحقوق الملكية الفكرية

التطبيق وكل ما فيه ملك لنا أو لمن رخّص لنا:
- الأسئلة وإجاباتها وشروحها؛
- اختيار بنك الأسئلة وترتيبه؛
- الرسوم، وبطاقات الشخصيات ونصوصها؛
- صياغة الرحلات؛
- الشيفرة والأصوات والتصميم.
نمنحك ترخيصًا شخصيًا غير تجاري، قابلًا للإلغاء، لتستعمل التطبيق على أجهزتك وفق هذه الشروط.
الأسئلة وشروحها محمية بحقوق النشر. فلا يجوز نسخها، ولا جمعها، ولا استخراجها، ولا نشرها، ولا إعادة استعمالها، كلها أو بعضها، في تطبيقات أو مواقع أو كتب أو مجموعات بيانات أخرى، ولا في تدريب الذكاء الاصطناعي، دون إذن كتابي منا. ويشمل ذلك الجمع الآلي أو بقراءة الشاشة، وجمع الأسئلة من المبارزات، وقراءة ملفات التطبيق.
بنك الأسئلة على هاتفك مشفّر، ويتحقق التطبيق من أنه النسخة الأصلية قبل فتحه. فلا يجوز تفكيك التطبيق، ولا الهندسة العكسية له، ولا التحايل على هذه الحماية، ولا صنع نسخ معدّلة منه أو نشرها، إلا بالقدر الذي يجيزه القانون صراحةً.
الأعمال التي في الملك العام تبقى حرّة للجميع. والرحلات مأخوذة من النصّين العربيين لـ«ألف ليلة وليلة» و«تحفة النظار» لابن بطوطة، وهما في الملك العام. أما اختيارنا وصياغتنا وأسئلتنا وتعليقاتنا ورسومنا فهي لنا.
الأسماء والعلامات التجارية الأخرى، مثل Google Play، ملك لأصحابها.

١٠ما تضيفه أنت

اليوم لا يرى اللاعبون الآخرون مما يخصّك إلا اسمك والتفاصيل العامة في البند ٣.
الاختبارات التي تكتبها في «أسئلتي» تبقى على هاتفك. وحين تبلّغ عن سؤال أو اسم أو عن خطأ في التطبيق («أبلغ عن خطأ»)، فإنك تأذن لنا باستعمال البلاغ لمراجعة المحتوى والتطبيق وإصلاحهما.
تأذن لنا بعرض اسمك وتفاصيلك العامة في اللعب على لوحاتنا وفي المبارزات و«كأس الدول» ما دام حسابك قائمًا. ولنا أن نخفي أو نحذف أي اسم يخالف البند ٨.

١١الإعلانات وخدمات الآخرين

يعرض التطبيق إعلانات عبر Appodeal والشبكات التي تعمل معها (Google AdMob وAppLovin وBidMachine وMintegral)، ويستعمل خدمات Google: Google Play، وألعاب Play، وFirebase.
لهذه الجهات شروطها وسياسات خصوصيتها فيما تفعله هي.
لا نتحكم في الإعلانات، وظهور إعلان لا يعني أننا نزكّيه. وحيث يوجب القانون ذلك، يطلب التطبيق موافقتك على الإعلانات المخصّصة، وتستطيع تغييرها من الإعدادات.

١٢توفّر التطبيق وتغييره

نطوّر التطبيق باستمرار، فقد تتغيّر الميزات والأنماط والمكافآت والأثمان بالعملات والمحتوى. وقد يتوقف بعضها أو يُسحب، وقد نوقف بعضها مؤقتًا دون تحديث حتى نصلحه.
المواسم والدوريات والأحداث ومكافآتها تجري في المواعيد التي يعرضها التطبيق.
قد نطلب تحديث التطبيق لتواصل استعماله أو استعمال ميزاته على الإنترنت.
الميزات على الإنترنت تعتمد على الاتصال وعلى خوادمنا وخوادم Google، وقد تتعطل أحيانًا.
لا نعد بأن تبقى أي ميزة إلى الأبد. والميزة التي دفعت ثمنها بالمال (البند ٥) لا نزيلها دون بديل معقول أو تعويض حيث يوجب القانون ذلك.

١٣إخلاء المسؤولية

نجتهد في أن تكون الأسئلة وشروحها صحيحة، لكن الخطأ وارد. فإن وجدت خطأً فأخبرنا بـ«إبلاغ عن خطأ» في النتائج.
الأسئلة والشروح معلومات عامة للعب والتعلّم، وليست استشارة متخصّصة: لا طبية، ولا قانونية، ولا مالية، ولا فتوى شرعية.
بالقدر الذي يجيزه القانون، يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» و«بحسب توفّره» دون ضمانات من أي نوع، ولا يمسّ ذلك حقوقك النظامية بصفتك مستهلكًا.

١٤حدود المسؤولية

بالقدر الذي يجيزه القانون، لسنا مسؤولين عن:
- الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية؛
- ضياع التقدّم أو العناصر الافتراضية أو البيانات؛
- الانقطاع أو الأخطاء.
ومسؤوليتنا الكلية تجاهك عن أي مطالبة لا تتجاوز ما دفعته لنا في مشتريات التطبيق في الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة للمطالبة.
ولا شيء في هذه الشروط يستثني أو يحدّ مسؤوليةً لا يجيز القانون استثناءها أو تحديدها.

١٥صغار السن

التطبيق لمن هم في الثالثة عشرة فأكثر، وليس موجّهًا للأطفال دون الثالثة عشرة. وإن كنت دون السن التي تستطيع فيها الموافقة على هذه الشروط في بلدك، فعلى أحد والديك أو وليّ أمرك أن يقرأها ويوافق عليها نيابة عنك، وأن يشرف على أي شراء.

١٦الخصوصية

تشرح سياسة الخصوصية، على https://thaqafiya.app/privacy، ما يجمعه التطبيق ولماذا، وكيف تحذفه. وهي جزء من هذه الشروط.

١٧إنهاء الاستعمال

تستطيع التوقف عن استعمال التطبيق متى شئت، وحذف حسابك على الإنترنت من الإعدادات ← «حذف حسابي».
ولنا أن نوقف وصولك إلى الميزات على الإنترنت أو ننهيه إن خالفت هذه الشروط مخالفة جسيمة أو متكررة، أو إن ألزمنا القانون بذلك.
وتبقى البنود ٤ و٦ و٩ و١٣ و١٤ و١٩ و٢٠ سارية بعد الإنهاء.

١٨تعديل الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، مثلًا حين يتغيّر التطبيق أو القانون. والتاريخ في أعلاها يدلّ على آخر نسخة.
وفي التغييرات المهمة نخبرك في التطبيق أو في موقعنا قبل أن تسري. فإن واصلت استعمال التطبيق بعد ذلك فقد قبلت الشروط الجديدة.

١٩القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتُنظر النزاعات أمام الجهات القضائية المختصّة في المملكة العربية السعودية. ولا يُسقط ذلك حماية أنظمة المستهلك الإلزامية في البلد الذي تقيم فيه.

Terms of Use (English)

These terms are an agreement between you and Taha Alrowaily ("we", "us"), the developer of the «أسئلة ثقافية» app ("the app") on Google Play. They cover the app, its online features and anything bought in it.

1Accepting these terms

By installing or using the app you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy (section 16). If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2The app

«أسئلة ثقافية» is a general-knowledge quiz game in Arabic: questions with explanations, game modes, «حضارتي», figure cards, journeys and learning tools.
It is free to download and play, and it shows ads (section 11).
The questions are stored on your phone, so most of the app works without the internet.
The online features need an internet connection and a Google Play Games profile:
- ranked duels, «كأس الدول», the seasons, the weekly leagues and the friends' board;
- the cloud save, achievements and leaderboards.
Version 4 is a new app that replaced the previous version on Google Play. Progress from the previous version does not carry over. A «بلا إعلانات» purchase made in the previous version stays with the Google account that bought it.

3Accounts and sign-in

You can play without an account. The online features use your Google Play Games profile. If your phone has one, Play Games signs you in automatically. We never see your Google password.
The name you choose in the app (your Play Games display name until you choose one), your country flag (unless you hide it), your crest or the card face you choose as your picture, your level, rank and points are shown to other players on our boards and in duels.
Keep your Google account secure. What happens through your account is your responsibility.
You can delete your account on our game server at any time: Settings → «حذف حسابي». The privacy policy explains what this deletes and what remains.

4Virtual items and currencies

The app has virtual items: coins («العملات»), experience («الخبرة»), season points, tools («الأدوات»), card packs («الرزم»), figure cards and ink («الحبر»), cosmetic pieces («الخزانة»), and the wisdom of «حضارتي» and the goods in its camp's stores.
You earn them by playing, from missions and achievements, from gifts, as the reward for a bug report that is real and new («أبلغ عن خطأ»), and, for some, by choosing to watch a rewarded ad.
Virtual items are a licence to use them in the app. They are not your property and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money or real goods, and cannot be sold, traded, transferred or gifted to another account, in the app or outside it.
We do not sell coins, tools or anything that gives an advantage in duels or on the boards.
Most progress is stored on your phone. If you uninstall the app, clear its data, or use «مسح التقدّم» in Settings without a cloud save, your progress and virtual items are lost, and we can't restore them.
We may correct balances that came from an error or a bug, or from a breach of these terms.

5Purchases with money

Purchases are made through Google Play, under Google Play's terms. Google Play shows the price in your currency, with taxes as it applies them. We never receive your payment details.
What can be bought today:
- «بلا إعلانات»: removes the ads between games. Ads you choose to watch for a reward stay available. It also opens «صانع الاختبارات» in «أسئلتي»: you write your own quizzes and play them on your phone.
- «الداعم الذهبي» (owners of «بلا إعلانات» are offered it as a cheaper upgrade). Its perks, as its page in «متجر الداعمين» shows them, are:
  - no ads between games («بلا إعلانات بين الجولات»); ads you choose to watch for a reward stay available;
  - the supporter set («طقم الداعم»): a frame for your crest, two emblems, a theme for your site and a card back (the site theme shows in the «موقعك» window of «خزانة المظهر»);
  - «راجع أخطاءك» with no daily limit;
  - «صانع الاختبارات»: write your own questions and play them on your phone.
- During some seasonal events, «تذكرة الموسم»: an event's premium track of cosmetic pieces.
They are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. They belong to the Google account that bought them. On another phone signed in to the same Google account, use «استعادة المشتريات» (in Settings, or in «متجر الداعمين»); the app also asks Google Play at every start.
A purchase is delivered once Google Play confirms it. A payment that is still pending is delivered when it completes.

6Refunds

Refunds of Google Play purchases are handled under Google Play's refund policies. You can ask for one from your Google Play order history or Google Play's help pages.
Our practice: digital items are delivered at once, so purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where the law or Google Play's policies give you a right to a refund. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
If something went wrong, write to us at tahaalrowaily@gmail.com with the order number from Google Play (it starts with "GPA."). This covers a purchase that wasn't delivered, a double charge, or a purchase that doesn't restore. We will help, and refund through Google Play where that is the fair fix.
When a purchase is refunded or charged back, what it unlocked is removed.

7Card packs

The figure-card packs («الرزم») are random: each holds five cards drawn by rarity.
Packs are bought only with coins earned in the app, never with money, or are given free (for example with achievements, new levels, a seven-day streak, a completed set or a season's end).
The odds of every pack are shown in the pack shop under «الاحتمالات» before you open it, with its guarantees. Every pack has a card of a set tier or better, and an epic and a legendary card come at least once in a set number of packs.
We may change packs, their coin prices and their odds. The odds shown in the app are always the ones in force.

8Fair play and conduct online

You agree not to:

use a name that is offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening or misleading, or that pretends to be someone else, including us. The app filters names and you can report one with «أبلغ عن هذا الاسم»;
cheat:
- use a modified or unofficial version of the app, bots, scripts, macros or automation;
- read the answers from the app's files or memory;
- exploit bugs;
- change the device's clock or data to gain rewards;
- arrange results with other players, or use several accounts to raise a rank or a country's points;
harass other players, or misuse the report buttons;
interfere with our servers: overload them, probe them, or reach them other than through the app.

If we reasonably believe that an account or a device breaks these rules, we may do the following, without compensation for virtual items:

hide or replace a name;
remove or reset scores, ratings, cup points or season points;
void matches;
take the account off the boards;
limit, suspend or end its access to the online features.

Our server also checks scores automatically, and where we enable it, it uses Google Play's integrity check.

9Our content and intellectual property

The app and everything in it belongs to us or our licensors:
- the questions, their answers and explanations;
- the selection and arrangement of the question bank;
- the art, the figure cards and their texts;
- the journeys' adaptations;
- the code, the sounds and the design.
We give you a personal, non-commercial, revocable licence to use the app on your devices under these terms.
The questions and their explanations are protected by copyright. You may not copy, collect, extract, publish or reuse them, in whole or in part, in other apps, websites, books, datasets or AI training, without our written permission. That covers screen-reading or automated collection, gathering questions from duels, and reading the app's files.
The question bank on your phone is encrypted, and the app checks that it is the genuine version before opening it. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer or get around these protections, or make or share modified versions of the app, except as far as applicable law expressly allows.
Works in the public domain stay free for everyone. The journeys draw on the public-domain Arabic texts of «ألف ليلة وليلة» and Ibn Battuta's «تحفة النظار». Our selection, adaptation, questions, notes and art are ours.
Other names and trademarks, such as Google Play, belong to their owners.

10What you add

Today, the only things of yours that other players see are your name and the public details in section 3.
The quizzes you write in «أسئلتي» stay on your phone. When you report a question, a name or a bug in the app («أبلغ عن خطأ»), you allow us to use that report to review and fix the content and the app.
You allow us to show your name and public game details on our boards, in duels and in «كأس الدول» while your account exists. We may hide or remove any name that breaks section 8.

11Ads and services by others

The app shows ads through Appodeal and the networks it works with (Google AdMob, AppLovin, BidMachine and Mintegral), and uses Google services: Google Play, Play Games and Firebase.
Their own terms and privacy policies also apply to what they do.
We don't control ads, and an ad is not our endorsement. Where the law requires, the app asks for your consent to personalised ads, and you can change it in Settings.

12Availability and changes to the app

We keep improving the app, so features, modes, rewards, prices in coins and content may change. Some may be paused or retired, and some may be switched off for a while without an update while we fix them.
Seasons, leagues, events and their rewards run on the dates the app shows.
We may require an update to keep using the app or its online features.
The online features depend on the internet and on our servers and Google's. They may sometimes be unavailable.
We don't promise that any feature will stay forever. A feature you paid for with money (section 5) won't be removed without a reasonable alternative or a remedy where the law requires one.

13Disclaimers

As far as the law allows, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. This does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

14Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses;
- lost progress, lost virtual items or lost data;
- interruptions or errors.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for purchases in the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

15Children

The app is meant for people aged 13 and over, and it is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age at which you can agree to these terms in your country, a parent or guardian must read and agree to them for you, and should supervise any purchase.

16Privacy

Our privacy policy, at https://thaqafiya.app/privacy, explains what the app collects and why, and how to delete it. It is part of these terms.

17Ending

You may stop using the app at any time, and delete your online account from Settings → «حذف حسابي».
We may suspend or end your access to the online features if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we must for legal reasons.
Sections 4, 6, 9, 13, 14, 19 and 20 continue after the end.

18Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the app or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
For important changes we will tell you in the app or on our website before they apply. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the new terms.

19Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes go to the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This doesn't take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
